Pricing

At CharityLine, we are not conventional in the way we price your mailing.  We found that by charging a set price for each of the items that made up a mailing we can start to eliminate customers by being to pricey.  There are two ways of being able to price a mailing.

  • The first is to be set a budget.  One such customer set us a goal for 2009 of three mailings for £1,000 each including VAT.  This was to include a carrier, brochure and 4 inserts for a mailing total of 7,600.  And we came in well under budget.
  • The second is to pay a “pack price”.  This is where for a set number of items are classified as a pack and then a set price is paid regardless of number.  For instance a letter, response slip, BRE and one additional item of marketing material will be charged at 21p plus 19p postage giving a total pack price of 41p.  This particular mailing was for 27,000 but of course you can mail as much or as little as you like with as many materials in the mailing as you like.
