CharityLine has been set up to support charities and to pass on their knowledge and experience of direct mail. Starting with your data we can clean it, purchase more and give you the best chance of being able to turn a potential customer into a donating customer.
From the start your account manager will guide you through the process; all you have to do is decide what you are going to mail. You can start with a small mailing of simply a letter and reply form (for donations) and build up your campaign to many inserts and cleverly designed letters once you have several under your belt.

Once your mailing has been released and you have used CharityLine’s mailing service to gain the maximum from the postage price its time to start looking at the responses. Here at CharityLine we can not only manage your data and mail outs but we can also deal with the response handling once the mailing has been released. We can accommodate cheques and cash to direct debits and standing orders giving you the all round service you deserve. And to make things a little clearer we can produce reports for data, stock and responses so you have all the figures to hand.
