Getting Started
Call or e-mail from the details on the contacts page and talk to one of our advisors that can help you to get started. From which data to purchase to managing the response handling once the mailing has gone out.
To request a quote simply have the following information to hand;
- 1) Name of Project
2) Quantity
3) Do you require the purchase of data? If yes then we will need to know the amount you are looking for, any demographic such as age, gender, salary or geographical area.
4) What is to go into the mailing – Letter, promotional material etc, please include if you are supplying anything and the sizes that these will need to
be e.g. letter A4, not folded A4 envelope etc. or folded therefore A5.
5) Are we supplying anything – envelopes, letterheads, any print etc
6) Finally a budget or price per unit that you need to keep to.
Start with small campaigns and make them as simple or as complex as you would like, with no maximum or minimum choice of inserts or mailings, use one of our cost effective templates or one of your own, add inserts or marketing materials and use CharityLine’s mail service to make the most of a reduced rate on the postage. Gradually add more data and mail larger quantities and watch as the donations coming in start to grow.
